We want you to be fully satisfied with your Phix purchase; if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return period for a refund or exchange on all unworn items. Our process is designed to be as seamless as our tailoring, ensuring you can shop our premium collections with total confidence.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unworn condition with all Phix tags and signature packaging intact within 14 days of delivery.

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the parcel before dropping it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
